Sobha Developers get $10 mn FDI for Bangalore project

Bangalore-based property developer, Sobha Developers Ltd, today announced that it has received additional $10 million foreign direct investment for its residential project being developed at Hosahalli, in Bangalore South.

The company has set up a special purpose vehicle to attract FDI for this project, which is spread over 13.27 acres with total developable area of more than 1.7 million sqft of residential township, Sobha informed the BSE.
