South Indian Bank director resigns

South Indian Bank today said Davy K Manavalan has resigned as director has of the company with effect from March 27.

Manavalan has resigned from the Board of the Bank on March 26 on attaining 70 years of age. Besides, he ceases to be a director with effect from March 27, South Indian Bank said in a filing to the BSE.
