Sundaram Brake March qtr net at Rs 0.7 cr

Chennai-based Sundaram Brake Linings, part of the TVS group, has reported net profit of Rs 0.70 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 as against a loss of Rs 0.83 crore in the year-ago period.

The net sales for the quarter amounted to Rs 34.10 crore as against Rs 47.78 crore.

The board of the company has also declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share.
