Ten Square lines up Rs 350 cr projects in TN, Karnataka

Ten Square Pvt Ltd, a city-based real estate developer, is planning four projects in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka with a cost of around Rs 350 crore in next three years.

These projects would come up in locations including Chennai, Trichy and Bangalore in both residential and commercial segments. The funds would be from internal accruals, private investors close to the promoters and sales of space, said Vinod Bathija, executive director, Ten Square.

“We are looking at an additional turnover of Rs 300 crore in next three years. At present, we have Rs 100 crore turnover and expect another Rs 100 crore in the current fiscal with the mall project in Chennai being launched,” he said. It is planning to launch a Rs 50 crore worth luxury apartment project with 104 apartments at Manapakkam here in the next three months.

 

The shopping mall at Koyambedu in the city is spread over 150,000 sft with 140 stores and a 280-seater food court. The company expects footfalls from mainly middleclass customers.

Besides, it is planning to develop a Rs 150 crore residential-cum-commercial project in Bangalore, a Rs 50-60 crore shopping mall in Trichy and 140 residential villas along with a street shopping mall on East Coast Road here with an investment of Rs 100-150 crore.

Ten Square is planning to rope in a healthcare service provider for its project on the East Coast Road to offer offer medical tourism in a resort-like atmosphere, said Bathija.
