Videocon Inds, Intl merger at 1:5

The board of directors of Videocon Industries and Videocon International, which met today, have finalised the terms of merger of the two companies.

According to releases issued by both the companies to thye BSE today,  the swap ratio has been fixed at 1:5 i.e. shareholders of Videocon International holding five equity shares will get 1 share of Videocon Industries.
