Volvo launches S60 T6 in India at Rs 42 lakh

The new car will compete BMW 328i and Audi's A4

Volvo today announced the launch of S60 T6 petrol variant in India. 

The vehicle, priced at Rs 42 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine that is good for 306 HP and 400 Nm torque.  

The new car will compete BMW 328i and Audi's A4. 

Tom Von Bonsdorff, managing director, Volvo Auto India said that India is one of the fastest growing markets for Volvo.

He added that recent launches including XC90, V40 Cross Country Petrol, V40 and now S60 T6 Petrol will add a positive thrust to the brand in India.

Volvo auto India which established its presence in India in 2007 and currently sells four premium models as Completely Built Units (CBUs).
