Walden Software exits MindTree totally

Walden Software Investments, an arm of private equity fund Walden International, on Wednesday announced it had totally exited its investment in publicly held mid-tier software services firm - MindTree Ltd. Walden, one among the first two venture capital firms to back MindTree Ltd when it was started more than a decade ago, has offloaded its remaining 4.82 per cent in MindTree to another investor - V G Siddhartha, owner of Coffee Day Group.
