We will increase holdings in companies: Tata

Tata Group Chairman Ratan Tata today said holding company Tata Sons would increase its holdings in several group companies.

"Our plan is to increase holdings in our group companies," Tata said at the AGM of Tata Global Beverages (formerly Tata Tea) here.

"We do not want to increase holdings through the preferential shares route, he added.
