Zee Board Meet To Decide On Jv With Turner

The Zee Telefilms board is meeting later this week to consider a proposal for a joint venture with Turner International India, to market and distribute the TV channels of Zee, Turner and of some third parties.

The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the Zee Telefilms board is scheduled to be held on December 13, 2001
