Allow Fiis, Nris 100% Stake In Indian Firms, Says Cii

In an attempt to revive the capital market, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) today asked the government to allow foreign institutional investors, overseas corporate bodies and non-resident Indians to hold up to 100 per cent in Indian companies as against the existing 49 per cent limit.
