Crocin Gets High Court Protection

The Delhi High Court has passed an ex parte injunction in favour of Smithkline Beecham, restraining a Haryana-based firm from selling pharmaceutical preparations under the trade mark, Procin, which is deceptively similar to the trade mark, Crocin.
