Dod To Focus On Oil, Power, Telecom Psus

The department of disinvestment will focus on the sale of public sector units in the power, telecom and oil sectors to realise the Rs 75,000 crore target of disinvestment proceeds in the Tenth Plan period. While all non-strategic public sector undertakings will be taken up for disinvestment, it is units in these sectors which will rake in the moolah, said Pradip Baijal, secretary, DoD.
