Sources in the Chief Minister's office in Itanagar said the wreckage has been spotted between Kyela and Luguthang near Jung Falls in Tawang district by IAF helicopters.
"The choppers have spotted the debris along with the bodies, but the exact picture will emerge only after rescuers reach the spot," the sources said.
