Gruh Finance has announced a 45 per cent rise in net profit in its first quarter to Rs 30.60 lakh (Rs 21.12 lakh). Disbursements grew 49 per cent to Rs 39 crore and NPAs fell in the individual segment from 0.37 per cent as on March 31, 1999 to 0.32 per cent at the end of the quarter under review.
