Adb Team Meets Rbi On Centurion Equity Rejig

A senior Asian Development Bank (ADB) team, led by Jayant Dang, a director on Centurion Bank board, met the Reserve Bank of India brass today in the run-up to recasting the equity structure of the bank.

Sabre Capital Worldwide, a global fund floated by former Standard Chartered Bank group Chief Executive Officer Rana Talwar, along with a few other overseas funds, are planing to pick up stakes in Centurion Bank.
