Allahabad Bank Q2 net up 25%

Allahabad Bank today reported a 25% increase in net profit at Rs 210.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 when compared with Rs 168.34 crore in Q2FY06.

According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 1,267.84 crore from Rs 1,063.94 crore in Q2FY06.
