Federal Bank appoints new Chief Operating Officer

Private sector lender, Federal Bank has appointed Shalini Warrier as the Chief Operating Officer of Federal Bank. The appointment comes into effect from today. The bank said that in this role she will be in charge of spearheading the digital strategy and enhancing operational excellence through automation and digitalisation designed to improve client experience. Prior to this, Warrier was the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Consumer Banking at Standard Chartered Bank in Brunei.
