Hdfc Plans To Raise Rs 6500 Crore

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) is planning to raise around Rs 6,500 crore from the domestic as well the international markets.

It has also targeted a 30 per cent growth in loan disbursements during the current year. The company is also planning to securitise loans worth Rs 500 crore mainly in states where the government has reduced the stamp duty on loan securitisation.
