Kotak Mahindra Bank opens repo office in Dubai

Private sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank today launched its first international representative office in West Asia in Dubai.

"Investors based in the Middle East can now access information on various investment opportunities available in India through our representative office," Kotak Mahindra Bank Executive Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Uday Kotak said.

At present, the Kotak Group has overseas presence in New York, London, San Francisco, Mauritius, Bahrain and Singapore. It serves around 65-lakh customers. 

Kotak Mahindra Financial Services, a wholly-owned arm of Kotak Securities, has received an in-principle approval to set up an office in the Dubai International Financial Centre, the release said.
