LIC to launch its e-services today

Policyholders can pay premiums, access claim status, get renewal information, among others

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will launch its e-services today that will enable policyholders to have easy access to their policies, policy status, claim information, among others.

The e-services will include policy image, status of policy, claim status and renewal information. One can also choose to pay their premiums online with the help of these services, making the process quicker and easier. E-mail and SMS alerts will also be a part of these services.

For policyholders, at one click, they will be able to view complete information about their policies. An advertisement by LIC said that e-services would offer anytime, anywhere access to manage and track policies.

 

To get access to these services, policyholders have to register on the LIC website.
