Syndicate Bank gets 3 new directors

The shareholders of Manipal-headquartered public sector lender, Syndicate Bank, have elected three new directors to the board of the bank as their representatives other than the Central government.

They are Mocherla Bhaskara Rao, A R Nagappan and Bhupinder Singh Suri.

The new directors have assumed office for a period of three years from June 27, 2009.
