XIMB training for India Post officers

Xavier institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB)would hold a training programme for the officers of India Post, under Union ministry for communications and information technology.

The programme will be held in three phases. In the first phase, a training cum analysis workshop will be held in which the module for the second phase comprising six days of training from November 24-29 this year will be pre-tested, discussed and finalised with the trainee officer.

The officers will be trained to take up the role of proactive business developers without forgoing their ‘people’s post office’ reputation.
