Gateway Distriparks rises on Morgan Stanley stake buys

Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE bought 950,000 shares at Rs 131 per share

Gateway Distriparks is trading higher by 4% at Rs 131 after Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE bought around 1% stake of logistics firm through bulk deal on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

“On June 26, 2012 Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE bought 950,000 shares representing 0.88% stake of Gateway Distriparks at Rs 131 per share,” the BSE data shows.

The stock opened at Rs 128 and touched high of Rs 132 on the NSE. A combined 326,264 shares have changed hands on the counter so far on both the exchanges.
