ITC GDR marginally up

ADR/GDR ROUND-UP

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) was down 2.13 per cent to 1401.54 in the early morning trades. Among ISDI GDR stocks, one advanced, one remain unchanged and five lost ground. The only gainer was ITC, up 0.26 per cent to $39.10.

The major losers were State Bank of India, down 3.93 per cent to $44.75, L&T, down 1.80 per cent to $30.05 and Ranbaxy Labs, down 1.72 per cent to $11.40.

In the previous day's close, among ISDI ADRs stocks, one advanced and seven lost ground. The only gainer was MTNL, up 1.09 per cent to $7.43. The major losers were Satyam Computer, down 4.71 per cent to $28.30, Infosys Technology, down 3.33 per cent to $71.66 and HDFC Bank, down 3.02 per cent to $49.42.

The Instanex Skindia DR Index was down 1.81 per cent to 1406.56 and was trading at a P/E of 21.91.
