Oracle Financial Services declines on ex-dividend

Oracle Financial Services Software plunged nearly 12% to Rs 3,450 on the BSE on turning ex-dividend today

Oracle Financial Services Software plunged nearly 12% to Rs 3,450 on the BSE on turning ex-dividend today, 24 September 2014, for an interim dividend of Rs 485 per share for the year ending 31 March 2015.
 
Before turning ex-dividend, the stock offered a dividend yield of 12.25% based on the closing price of Rs 3,958.50 yesterday,23 September 2014.
 
Oracle Financial Services Software is a subsidiary of Oracle Corporation. It is an IT solution provider to the banking industry.
 
The  stock opened at Rs 3,464, touched a high of Rs 3,611 and a low of Rs 3,464 on the BSE. A total of 5,074 shares have been exchanged on the BSE so far.
