Potato up 4% on good demand
Restricted supply from producing regions boosted the trading sentiment

Potato futures for March surged by Rs 32.90, or 4% to Rs 854.80 per quintal in 245 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the April contract jumped up by Rs 32.50, or 4%, to Rs 845.10 per quintal in 41 lots.
Restricted supply from producing regions boosted the trading sentiment.
Speculators enlarging their positions on firming spot markets trend also supported the trade.
