The markets are likely to react to the developments at the two-day European Union summit today. They will also be mindful of the draft guidelines on the General Anti-Tax Avoidance Rules (GAAR) issued by Benchmark share indices had ended flat on Thursday, as investors were unwilling to take fresh positions, amid expiry of June futures and options and ahead of the two-day European Union summit.
