 "HR firm Quess Corp to raise Rs 400 crore via IPO")
The Rs 400-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Quess Corp got subscribed 0.41 times on day one. The issue received total bids for 2.88 million shares, against an issue size of 7.09 million.
The retail quota got subscribed 2.2 times, while the non-institutional segment got subscribed 0.05 times. The qualified institutional portion did not get any bids. On Tuesday, Quess Corp allotted 5.67 million equity shares at Rs 317 per share, amounting to Rs 180 crore to 15 anchor investors. The company has fixed the price band at Rs 310-317 per share, with a face value of Rs 10 each.
