Rs 3,000 cr out of Indian equities in a week

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) pulled out Rs 3,000 crore from the Indian stock market this week. The net outflow comes after FIIs infused a net amount of Rs 1,601 crore during preceding week. According to Securities and exchange board of India, factors such as concerns over the economic recovery, high inflation and a widening current account deficit .
