Sensex still in red; Realty index slips 3%

The Sensex touched a low of 14,689, down 218 points from the day's high. The index is now at 14,720, down 65 points.
The BSE Realty index has shed 3% at Rs 3,356.
Sun Pharma has adavanced 3% to Rs 1,134. Tata Steel has added 2.5% to Rs 408.
Larsen & Toubro, TCS and Grasim have gained over 2% each at Rs 1,652, Rs 394 and Rs 2,364, respectively.
Tata Power and Hindustan Unilever are up over 1.5% each.

Tata Motors has slipped around 4% to Rs 302.DLF has dropped 3% to Rs 327.
Jaiprakash Associates and Reliance Communications are down over 2% each at Rs 215 and Rs 300, respectively.
The market breadth has turned negative, out of 2,348 shares traded, 1,272 have declined and 995 have advanced so far on the BSE.
