Sensex up 159pts, HDFC Bank gains 2%

The Sensex is now moving in a narrow range, and is up 159 points at 13,867.

ICICI Bank is up 3% (Rs 26) at Rs 899. HDFC Bank has moved up over 2% to Rs 1,054.

Satyam is up nearly 3% at Rs 490. Tata Motors is up over 2% at Rs 905.

Dr. Reddy's, Ranbaxy and Reliance Communications are trading with gains of nearly 2%.

Declines are gathering pace in noon trades - out of 2,578 scrips traded, 1,438 have moved up and 1,064 have declined.
