Sensex up 78pts; HLL perks up

The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 33 at 14,124.

The index is now up 78 points at 14,169.

HLL and Tata Motors have spurted 1.5% each to Rs 211 and Rs 890, respectively.

Reliance Communications has moved up 1.3% to Rs 467. Reliance Energy and ITC are up 1% each at Rs 519 and Rs 175, respectively.
