Wall St advances; ADR shine

The Dow Jones industrial average rallied 108 points to 12,720. The Nasdaq advanced 26 points to 2518.

Indian ADRs ended with smart gains. Patni Computers zoomed 7.4% to $25.98. Wipro, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, MTNL, VSNL, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's surged 2-5% each to $16.98, $42.41, $70.92, $7.60, $21.35, $17.76 and $17, respectively. Infosys and Satyam were up over 1% each at $55.73 and $24.89, respectively.
