The Supreme court is expected to hear a plea against the summoning of Reliance ADAG chairman Anil Ambani and his wife Tina Ambani as witnesses in the 2G spectrum allocation case.

Supreme Court Justice G.S. Singhvi had on Thursday listed the matter for further hearing on Monday, while refusing to agree to an urgent hearing of Reliance Telecom Ltd's (RTL) plea against the trial court order.

According to media reports, senior advocate Mukul Rohtagi had palced the plea before the apex court.

Earlier, the apex court had said the case will be heard by a special bench, comprising Justices Singhvi and K.S. Radhakrishnan, which is hearing all the matters pertaining to 2G scam but no date was fixed for the hearing.

The RTL is one of the three companies accused in the case.

It has challenged the order of Special CBI Judge O P Saini, who made the ADAG chairman and his wife prosecution witnesses on CBI's plea that their testimony would throw light on ADAG's companies alleged investment of over Rs. 990 crore relating to 2G spectrum in Swan Telecom.
