Arun Jaitley admitted to hospital

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has been admitted to the Max Hospital in Saket for a routine check-up, following his recent operation for diabetes.

According to reports, Jaitley cancelled an appointment to check into a private hospital and is expected to be discharged by Tuesday.

Earlier this month, Jaitley had successfully undergone a planned elective laparoscopic procedure for diabetes management.
