Gareth Bale has reportedly told superstar Cristiano Ronaldo not to quit Real Madrid for Manchester United because he is unhappy with the former's transfer policy.

Ronaldo is said to be quite unhappy over the transfers of star Spanish strikers Xabi Alonso and Angel Di Maria, besides Dutch and German football stars Arjen Robben and Mesut Ozil, reports the Daily Express.

Manchester United, who sold Ronaldo to Madrid for 80 million pounds five years ago, are hoping to bring him back to Old Trafford.

But Bale said he would not like to see the world class football player leave Real Madrid."

Bale himself ruled his chances of leaving Real Madrid, as he has a six-year deal to complete.
