Biggest medicine supplier admits of having undisclosed income of Rs 300 crore

The Income Tax department on Thursday conducted raids at premises linked to Rakesh Jain, the biggest supplier of medicines in Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS).
Jain is also said to have confessed of possessing undisclosed income to the tune of Rs 300 crore
The CGHS is providing comprehensive medical care to the Central Government employees and pensioners enrolled under the scheme.
The IT department also conducted raids at Jain's son-in-law's residence and recovered cash and jewelry.
IT is also investigating his investments in a mall situated in Delhi NCR and his links with the CGHS officials.
