The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) on Tuesday staged a protest against the Kerala Government in Thiruvananthapuram over the delay in distribution of school text books across the state.
The Kerala Police used water cannons to disperse BJYM workers who were protesting.
Even though the academic year began one and a half month before, more than 4 lakh students haven't received textbooks, and this had even sparked protests in various parts of the state.
