Bob Geldof is set to record the 4th version of the 'Band Aid' charity single, which is believed to raise money to fight against Ebola in West Africa.
Geldof, 63, along with Midge Ure had first assembled a group of musicians in 1984 to create 'Band Aid,' raising 8 million pounds for famine relief in Ethiopia, with its 'Do They Know It's Christmas' being recorded again in 1989 and 2004, the BBC reported.
Over the years, the band has featured renowned music stars like Paul McCartney, George Michael, Kylie Minogue, Coldplay, Will Young and Robbie Williams among others, and has been to raise millions for charity.
Now once again, the musicians are working on something new, and are expected to announce the line-up, which may include some of today's popular names like One Direction, Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith.
