A restaurant in Lewisville, Texas, is in trouble after the city banned their waitresses from wearing body paint while serving food.
According to KDFW, after complaints were filed with police about the waitress' lack of attire at Redneck Heaven restaurant, the city council voted to change an ordinance which makes it illegal for women to cover their breasts with just body paint, the Huffington Post reported.
According to CBS DFW, if management wants their waitresses to keep wearing body paint, they will have to apply for a Sexually Oriented Business permit.
