Burdwan blast: NIA arrests another suspect in Murshidabad

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested a suspect of Burdwan blast in Murshidabad district of West Bengal on Wednesday.
Last Thursday, the NIA had sent five more accused to police custody after arresting them in connection with blast.
Two members of the Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh were killed in an explosion while building homemade bombs in Burdwan in West Bengal in October last year.
Police in December 2014 had arrested a key suspect in the blast who they believed was linked to a plot to assassinate Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of neighbouring Bangladesh and stage a coup there.
