Case lodged against Ludhiana BJP's Ex-Chief for allegedly threatening a doctor

A case has been registered against former Ludhiana Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief, Praveen Bansal, on Tuesday for allegedly threatening a doctor on duty at a hospital.
The police has registered a case against Bansal under sections 186 and 189 of the IPC.
As soon as the incident happened, the doctors at the civil hospital went on a strike.
The doctors called off the strike once the police arrived at the scene and registered a case.
