Italian outfit AC Milan has reportedly bought Chelsea striker Fernando Torres on a permanent basis after the Spaniard joined the Seria A club on a two-year loan deal in August.
Torres, who was 2010 World Cup winner, moved to Blue Lions from Liverpool for a then British record fee of 50 million pounds in January 2011.
Releasing a statement, Chelsea thanked Torres for his service during the past four seasons and wished him the very best for the future, the BBC reported.
However, it is reportedly said that he would be loaned to Atletico Madrid next month.
