Delhi polls: Saturday is last date for withdrawal of nominations

Saturday has been designated as the last day for the withdrawal of nominations for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections.

According to reports, the nominations of 693 candidates were found valid after scrutiny of papers, while the Election Commission (EC) has rejected the nominations of 230 candidates.

The polling is scheduled for February 7 and the counting of votes will be taken up on the February 10.
