Derek Jeter has reportedly reconciled with his former girlfriend Hannah Davis.

The 39-year-old American baseball shortstop, who recently announced his retirement, is trying to work things out with the 23-year-old American fashion model following a brief split, the New York Post reported.

He had recently revealed that he wants to start a family.
