French Prez's partner hospitalised amid rumors of affair

French President Francois Hollande's girlfriend, Valerie Trierweiler, has been admitted to a hospital, mere days after reports of Hollande cheating on her surfaced.

Trierweiler's aides told News24 that the 'first girlfriend' was hospitalised "for a rest and to undergo some tests", but will leave hospital on Monday.

Closer magazine had recently claimed that Hollande was having an affair with actress Julie Gayet.
