Gary Lineker to make 5m pounds by selling shares of Ingenie

Gary Lineker is set to make 5 million pounds by selling his stake in a hi-tech car insurer.

The 53-year-old English former footballer said that he is "absolutely delighted" that it has worked on all counts, the Mirror reported.

Lineker had previously invested 500,000 pounds in Ingenie three years ago and is now expected to rake in the huge sum as a major investor, which already owned 43 percent of the firm, agreed to buy out the remaining shares.
