'Glassy-eyed' Lilo refuses to pay after private lap dances

Lindsay Lohan reportedly refused to pay after receiving three lap dances at an underground strip party.

Sources revealed that the 'Mean Girls' star was spotted sitting in a corner watching the girls and smoking cigarettes and though she was "very touchy" with the dancers, she refused to pay for it, the New York Post reported.

Sources added that the actress' hair were "really ratty", her eyes were "glassy" and she looked "extremely haggard" like she needed to "go back to rehab".

According to Radaronline, Lohan was spotted boozing at Coachella and "no one around her was surprised".
