'Great friend' Julia Roberts honored George Clooney at BAFTA Britannia Awards

George Clooney was honored with 'Stanley Kubrick Award for Excellence in Film' by his "great friend" Julia Roberts at the BAFTA Britannia Awards.

The 46-year-old actress, who made a quirky appearance at the event with a wheelchair, said that Clooney's an exemplary humanitarian, the New York Daily News reported.

The 52-year-old actor, while receiving the award, said that it has been a pleasure to watch the woman Roberts has become, and that she is an amazing mother, an amazing wife and a great, great friend.
