Haddin says DRS must be only for umpires, not players

Australian vice-captain Brad Haddin has said that umpires should be given charge of checking doubtful dismissals entirely, with the players out of the Decision Review System.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Haddin preferred that it should not be up to the players to challenge umpires' decisions, adding that Australia were not as good as England in the reviews department and it was something they had to look at.
The report said that the DRS was a constant source of angst in the captivating first Ashes Test while a series of marginal calls were decided by the referral system.
